Testimonials |
"I would have no hesitation in recommending Terry as a drum tutor. In just over 5 years Terry has tutored me from a complete novice to a grade 8 drummer. His lessons provide a good balance of technique and performance skills across a wide variety of genres. His patient approach helps when difficulties in techniques or pieces occur. Terry’s lessons are well structured and always provide a piece of revision material after the lesson. A first class tutor!" |

"Pleased to let you know AB got a merit in his grade 8. He got 82 just 3 marks off a distinction. Thanks again for getting him this far in such a short time!!" |
JB, Moffat, Scotland |
"Terry tailored the lessons specifically for me to target areas where I would see an immediate improvement. The band now say that they can tell when I've been for a lesson because my playing is significantly more imaginative and exciting." |
JT, Edinburgh, Scotland |
"It is a fact that you (Terry) are a real inspiration and that you always motivated me to carry on even though I am not naturally talented. I never lost heart but always felt more determined and keen to progress after every lesson. Your patience and skill in teaching, the way you encourage and motivate your pupils, the fact that one never feels stupid or inadequate even after making the same mistakes several times over again and you just finding different ways of overcoming a particular problem makes you one of the best teachers one could find. But it is not just from pupils, it is other great drummers that have a great deal of respect for you." |

"Thanks again for your lessons, which have helped me a lot, and good luck with Jafala - I've got a google alert setup so that I don't miss the next gig!" |
